Dr. Hilton W. Yee, a board certified plastic surgeon in The Woodlands and Conroe, has dedicated his adult life to helping others. First there are his patients, but beyond his clinic, he spends much of his time assisting others less fortunate than himself.
Although Dr. Yee uses the latest equipment and the most sophisticated techniques, at the core of his practice is a commitment to outstanding patient care. He believes that every patient deserves the best care possible, and he works hard to deliver on that belief.

MEET DR. YEE
Dr. Yee received his medical degree from the Louisiana State University School of Medicine in New Orleans. After graduation, he completed an internship in general surgery at the University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson, followed by a residency in plastic surgery at the University of Texas Medical Branch (UTMB) in Galveston.
Upon completion of his residency, Dr. Yee received an appointment to the faculty at UTMB, teaching new residents and conducting extensive research in plastic surgery and related fields. Simultaneously, he served as a consulting staff member at the Shriner’s Burn Institute in Galveston.
Dr. Yee was awarded board certification from the American Board of Plastic Surgery in 1985 and since 1986 has practiced in The Woodlands and Conroe, performing thousands of cosmetic and reconstructive procedures.
Dedicated to improving the quality of life of his patients, Dr. Yee works and studies constantly to keep abreast of the latest advances in plastic surgery but refuses to adopt a new procedure in haste. New developments in his field of practice come at a rapid pace, but Dr. Yee will not use any new surgical method until its benefits are well established, and he is convinced that the technique will actually help his patients.
BODY, BREAST, FACE, AND SKIN PROCEDURES
Dr. Yee performs plastic surgery procedures and services that rejuvenate, restore, and improve the appearance of the body, breasts, face, and skin.
Body procedures include liposuction to remove fat pads and improve the shape of the body, mesotherapy, an alternative to liposuction that dissolves unwanted fat cells without surgery, scars, or downtime, abdominoplasty (or tummy tuck) to remove excess skin, and the mommy makeover that combines a tummy tuck and breast lift.
For the breast, the surgical options include breast augmentation using saline or silicone implants to improve the size and projection of the breast, mastopexy (breast lift) to improve the overall appearance of the breasts, breast reduction, and breast reconstruction.
For the face, there is Botox to soften facial lines, chemical peels to remove blemishes and reduce scarring, blepharoplasty (eye lift) that improves eye appearance by the removal of “bags” and wrinkled skin from the lower and upper eyelids, Juvederm and Radiesse to smooth lines, sculpt lips, and shape facial contours, and a mini-face lift with chin liposuction to improve appearance of the face by removing loose, hanging skin in the mid-face and jowls, along with unwanted neck skin and neck fat.
And finally, for the skin the options offered at Yee Plastic Surgery include mole and skin cancer removal, ZO Skin Health to correct sun damage and fine lines to produce a more radiant complexion, and SkinMedica products to counter the effects of aging by reducing fine lines and age spots while improving skin texture and elasticity.

FOR MEN AS WELL AS WOMEN
Once considered something for women only, men are increasingly turning to plastic surgery to improve either facial or body features. For example, nationwide in 2016 men had over 1 million surgical and non-surgical plastic surgery procedures, accounting for over nine percent of the total. For male patients some of the more common of these are liposuction, eyelid surgery, and facelifts.
Dr. Yee recently performed eyelid surgery (upper and lower blepharoplasty) on Dave, one of his male patients. Dave was amazed at the outcome which, he admitted, vastly exceeded his expectations, giving him a more youthful appearance and a renewed feeling of self-confidence.

OUTSIDE THE CLINIC
Beyond his surgical practice, Dr. Yee and his wife Alison spend much of their outside time providing help to both animals and humans in need. Having been richly blessed themselves, Alison says they are both firmly committed to “helping the helpless,” including animals, the elderly, and children.
Guided by this conviction, the Yees are involved in both canine and equine rescue, and they volunteer for the local YMCA, Montgomery County Youth Services, and the Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) program, among others.
